Many of us struggle with belly fat or being overweight. I am a mother of two and have struggled with this over the past few years. I’ve tried different diets and have had no success. Many of us can’t stick to diet because of all the restrictions and since life is so busy it’s hard to spend time making healthy food.
I’ve tried some of the diets out there without doing much research on any of them. I just decided to try it. I may have ran across an article about it or saw and ad for it. I decided recently that that’s not the way to decide on which diet is the best for me. I have learned so much about the diets out there, that I wanted to share my complete list of diets with you.
