I am a stay at home mom, and I have struggled with belly fat over the past few years. I’ve had two kids and haven’t eliminated the belly fat. I’ve tried a few diets here and there but really haven’t found a good solution. I’ve been doing research and I have found that there are lots of foods out there that can aid in losing belly fat and can really help you change your eating habits so that you are more healthier. My goal is to help and moms and women out there that have struggled with this and tried different fad weight-loss ideas or weigh-loss products and haven’t been satisfied. I encourage everyone to be more healthier. Hopefully the information I provide will make it easier for you and make you understand how these foods can help you. I’m going to give you a short list of the foods that you should incorporate into your eating habits to help eliminate the belly fat.

- Avocado, peas, leafy greens, sweet potato
- Greek yogurt, low-fat milk
- Oatmeal, brown rice, and wheat
- Green tea, coffee, peanut butter, pumpkin
- Seeds, nuts, and eggs
When you focus on adding these foods into your diet, you can really help yourself get rid of that belly fat.

Once you know what foods to add and avoid, you can make meal plans to help yourself stick to your eating healthy plan. I have done this and it is so helpful!! I used a foam board and sticky notes to make a nice graph with the days of the week and the meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then I also put sticky notes along the bottom with snack ideas. Whenever I’m hungry I just check the board to see what’s planned for a meal or an idea for a snack.

The holidays are coming up and I know I want to lose this belly fat before then. When I’m invited to a special party or gathering, I can splurge a little and enjoy myself without worrying about not being able to eat anything.
