Do you think of your self as over weight? I know for myself that losing several pounds would benefit me. Beside eating healthy, adding some helpful drinks into your eating habits can help get rid of that unwanted fat faster.

Besides sticking to healthy solid food eating habits, it’s nice to have a variety of eating options. Here is a list of drinks that aid in losing weight. Many of these drinks also have vital properties to help you be more healthy; not just lose weight. Some of these drinks are also great to prepare ahead of time and when you’re busy running errands or out and about, you’ll have a great option until you can get home a cook a real meal.

  1. Water keeps you full between meals and helps burn more calories.
  2. Acai Beeries make you feel energized so when you get out to exercise, you’ll burn more calories and fat.
  3. Cinnamon helps your blood sugar levels to keep balanced and gets rid if bad cholesterol.
  4. Green coffee helps convert fat into energy. There are many tea that help you lose weight including green, dandelion, and mint.
  5. Parsley and Celery are very helpful. Parsley has a fast rate of detoxification and makes you feel fuller. Celery help with the reduction of the body’s excess water.
  6. Wheatgrass cleans the body of toxins and eliminates harmful bacteria in the digestive system.
  7. Aloe vera juice lowers blood sugar.
  8. Grapefruit juice has properties to help target belly fat and aid in losing weight.
  9. Vegetable juice helps you get more vegetables and reduces your carb intake. This allows you to lose weight and belly fat.

Green tea and grapefruit juice really worked well for me in the past. I included those at every meal along with my healthy meal. This really allowed my body to burn fat fast and within a few weeks I achieved my goal.

  2. I believe that avoiding highly processed foods is a first step to lose weight. They can taste fine, but highly processed foods contain very little vitamins and minerals, making you take in more in order to have enough vitality to get with the day. If you are constantly ingesting these foods, moving over to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more strength while having less. Good blog post.
